DMCA / Notice-and-Notice Policy

We respect intellectual property and respond to U.S. DMCA notices and Canada’s Notice-and-Notice regime.
A) U.S. DMCA Takedown Notices
If you believe content on LuxyB infringes your copyright, send a DMCA Notice including:

Your physical/electronic signature.

Identification of the copyrighted work.

Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL).

Your contact info (name, address, phone, email).

A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.

A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notification:
If your content was removed and you believe it is not infringing, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake/misidentification, your name/address/phone, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court. We may restore content per DMCA procedures. Repeat infringement can lead to termination.
Recommendation: Register LuxyB’s DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and consider using a dedicated address (e.g., dmca@luxyb.com) for safe-harbor.
B) Canada – Notice-and-Notice
Rightsholders may email info@luxyb.com with notices that identify the work, the alleged infringement, and the electronic location. We will forward compliant notices to the subscriber/user and retain records as required. Removal is not automatically mandated by this regime; however, we may remove/disable access where appropriate, required by other laws, or under these Terms.
